1Our Commitment and Scope

Junk Cleaner & Security is a utility application that helps you clean storage, manage files, monitor network usage, and scan for security risks on your device. This Policy covers information handled through the Service in three ways: information you provide, information gathered automatically while you use the Service, and information received through our third-party partners.

Throughout this Policy, capitalized terms carry the meanings assigned in the Definitions and Interpretation section, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

2Information We Gather

2.1 Information You Provide Voluntarily

You are not required to register or create an account to use the Service’s core features. However, if you contact us for support, we may receive the contact information you choose to share with us, such as your email address, together with the contents of your correspondence.

2.2 Device Identifiers

Our analytics and advertising partners may receive device identifiers, such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID) and the Android ID, which help them measure and improve the performance of the Service.

2.3 Usage Data

Usage data is collected automatically whenever you use the Service. This may include your device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages or screens you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time you spend on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service from a mobile device, we may also automatically record the type of mobile device, its unique ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, and similar diagnostic details.

3How We Use Your Information

We employ the information we gather for the following purposes:

• Operating and maintaining the Service, including monitoring how it is used;
• Managing your account, where you register for account-based features and functionality;
• Performing contracts, including the purchase of products, items, or services through the Service;
• Responding to and managing your requests;
• Evaluating or conducting business transactions, such as a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, where personal data held about Service users may be among the assets transferred;
• Other legitimate purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and improving the Service, our products, our marketing, and your experience.

4How We Share Your Information

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who help us operate, analyze, and secure the Service. Analytics partners include Adjust, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Snowball. Our security partner, Trustlook, powers the antivirus engine that protects your device from threats. We also share certain information with advertising, monetization, and mediation partners, including AppLovin, Facebook, Fyber, InMobi, Mintegral, Pangle, TopOn, Unity, and Vungle, to provide, optimize, and measure advertisements and app monetization services.

4.2 Business Transactions

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business, we may share or transfer your personal information to the other party.

4.3 Affiliates

We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, and other companies under our control or under common control with us.

4.4 Legal Obligations and Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency. We may also disclose your information where we act in good faith and believe it is necessary to:

• comply with a legal obligation;
• protect and defend our rights or property;
• prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service;
• protect the personal safety of Service users or the public; or

We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

5How Long We Keep Information

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy. We may keep and use your data longer where needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements and policies.

Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to strengthen security, improve the functionality of the Service, or when we are legally obligated to keep it for a longer period.

6International Transfers

Your information, including personal data, may be processed at our operating offices and at any other location where the parties involved in the processing are situated. This means your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

You have the right to delete, or to request that we assist you in deleting, the personal data we have collected about you. Where available, the Service provides ways for you to delete certain information directly.

You may also update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing in to your account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings, or by contacting us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or a lawful basis to do so.

8Security of Your Information

We take the security of your personal data seriously and strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect it. At the same time, no method of transmission over the internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9Device Permissions and Their Purposes

To keep Junk Cleaner & Security’s suite of tools running reliably and to provide a personalized experience, the Service may request the following permissions. Each permission is used solely to power the features you interact with and to optimize service delivery.

10Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Where we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use your information.

• Objection to processing — the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

We process your personal data only when one of the following applies: you have given consent; processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you; processing is required to comply with a legal obligation; or processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

11.2 If You Are a California Resident (CCPA / CPRA)

This section is prepared to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and other applicable California privacy laws. It supplements the rest of this Policy and applies solely to users who reside in the State of California (“Consumers” or “You”). If you are not a California resident, this section does not apply to you.

• Right to request information. As required by the CCPA, you (or your authorized agent) have the right to request that we disclose information about how we collected, used, and shared your personal information over the past 12 months. This includes the categories of personal information we collected, the categories of sources from which it was collected, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared it.
• Right to opt out and right to delete. Under the CCPA, you (or your authorized agent) have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and the right to request that we delete the specific personal information we have collected from you and retained, except in the following cases: we need your information to detect security incidents or protect against malicious or illegal activity; we need your information to identify and repair application errors that impair existing intended functionality; we need your information to exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law; we need your information to conduct internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us; and other cases provided by the CCPA and other California laws.
• How to exercise your rights. To exercise the rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us at help@findmelocation.com. Only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information, and you may make at most two requests for information within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify your identity and confirm that we collected personal information about you, and must describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to understand and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request accurately if we cannot verify your identity.
• How we respond to your request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, up to 90 days, we will inform you of the reason and the extension period by email, telephone, or other electronic means. We will not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that a request warrants a fee, we will explain why and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
• Non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This includes denying you the Service, charging you different prices or rates, providing you a different level or quality of service, or suggesting that you may receive a different price or rate or a different level or quality of service.
• Data collection instructions for minors. The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions. For users aged 13 to 16, they have the right to opt in, and if you are the parent or guardian of users aged 13 to 16, you can also contact us.

Application

Junk Cleaner & Security, the software program provided by the Company.

Referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Policy, and refers to Junk Cleaner & Security.

Device

Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cell phone, or a digital tablet.

Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Refers to the Application.
